Design and make a handcrafted batch of your own beef jerky - an experience of a lifetime!
Three stages
1. Intro to jerky and Nick’s Jerky / cut meat / make marinade / marinate meat (Tuesday 630-730PM)
2. Dry meat (Wednesday 630-700PM)
3. Pick up meat (Friday morning onwards - anytime during shop opening hours)
You will end up with around 3.5 kg of beef jerky dividend into 14 x 250g bags. Retailing at $38 each - over $530 of value plus an experience of a lifetime!
