We received the feedback from our entry into the 2023 Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards where we won a gold medal.

Our Teriyaki and Garlic received a nearly perfect score (96/100) and the comments were “The Flavor and Aroma phenomenal”

Very rewarding to be recognised by the expert judges representing the peak body.
