What an awesome event yesterday for our Jerky Making Masterclass! Thanks to those who attended and thanks to Kwinana Meat & Poultry for hosting us! Guests had a great time learning about making beef jerky, getting hands on making a Jack Daniels beef jerky, and having a few tastings along the way.
